The Kranks are about to celebrate X'mas! Unfortunately their daugther has to be away so they decided to skip x'mas until she comes home. But this was not easy for them at all as x'mas is a big event for American culture. The neighbours are not happy with their decision because they believe people in the community should stay and celebrate x'mas together.
The neighbours are trying hard to keep the Kranks but looks like it aint working! Later they decided to at least put up the frosty for them. The Kranks do not want to give away the frosty so this causes arguements.
What a surprise, their daugther's calling to tell them that she'll be back for the x'mas party with her boyfriend. SHOCKED! Now the Kranks have to replan everything. Trying hard to buy food for the x'mas party, looking for x'mas tree and putting up the frosty. What do you think? Of course it a hard work in such short time.. what happens is the neighbours think that they should help as the people in the same community and for the sake of their daughter. They finally having x'mas party together now and this lesson have taught the Kranks that x'mas is very important and that they must retain harmony.
